Delivery

• On placing an order with this store you will recieve an E mail confirming your order, if you do not recieve an E mail please contact us, and we will confirm the order for you.
• We keep the majority of items listed on this site in stock, so we aim to deliver in 4 working days or less. If we cannot deliver within 4 working days, you will be contacted by E mail to let you know how your order is progressing.
• The delivery charge for all UK orders is £6.00 including VAT regardless of the number of items ordered.
• For reasons of security we can only deliver to the card holders address, this should be the address to which your card bills are sent. If the delivery address and the address to which your card is registered are not the same, we regret we will be unable to dispatch you order.
• We regret that we are only able to supply to mainland UK at present.
• We make every effort to be enviromentally friendly and as such we try to recycle our packaging wherever possible.

Privacy

At Purple Pans we have every respect for your privacy, we hate spam as much as you. When you place an order with us we ask you for your E-mail address so we can contact you regarding your order. We also ask you for your postal address which must be the same as the address your debit/credit card is registered at for despatch of your order.

We do not and will not pass your details on to any other company, nor will we send you any unsolicited mail (postal or electronic).

As you browse our website we may collect information about how you use our site, such as browsing patterns, but this information is retained in a way that cannot identify you.
