Corrosion proof, non-toxic, chemical and acid resistant blade which can be sharpened either with a diamond sharpener or a whetstone. Handles - Black polypropylene, heat proof to 90 degrees C.

About Kasumi
Kasumi's knife making skills have been cultivated in the traditional Japanese techniques of sword making, handed down from generation to generation for over 780 years in the capital of swords and knives, Seli - Japan.
Kasumi knives are all of the highest quaility and have outstanding balance. As with all Japanese knives they tend to be much lighter than European knives which makes them much more controlable and easy to use.
Whilst you can put some Kasumi knives in a dishwasher we strongly recommend that they are hand washed only to avoid deterioration.
