Pepart uses the best Rock Maple as a body material, that is then hand painted in the various colours. The William Bounds' tried and tested milling mechanism is then installed with ceramic rotors. This makes all models suitable for sea salt, peppercorns and most spices. Adjustment is via the top knob on Pepart, clockwise for fine and anti-clockwise for coarse.
